Coming up with a reasonable and fair refund policy is weird especially when dealing with digital products. However, I think going by date of purchase is fair enough. The refund policy follows as below.
24-48 Hours After Purchase: You'll get a full refund if the file has not been downloaded. I understand emotional buying the buyer's remorse that follows after, so I'm not going penalize you for it. If the file has been downloaded, you will receive a coupon code, which will expire a year from the date of issuance.
Anything after 48 hours: You'll get a coupon code for the full amount of your purchase, which will expire a year after the date of issuance.
Signed Books: No refunds. So, really think about that purchase.
Monthly Supporters: If you subscribe and decide to cancel in 5 days, I'll give you you a full refund, but you lose access to all exclusive content immediately. If cancellation occurs beyond 5 days, you will not be refunded, however, you will have access to exclusive content until the next billing period.
